October 20, 2026: Messaging fixed. Some members saw “This is your listing” on other people’s ads and couldn’t contact the seller. That’s fixed. If you still see it, please let us know.
October 20, 2026: Site software updated. We (continually) update the software the site runs on to its latest version, to keep it secure and reliable (note: no other site software update notices will be posted, but we wanted to assure you the site is regular upkept).
September 8, 2026: Ads stay active longer. Your ads now stay up for 120 days, up from 60, before they expire.
August 9, 2026: Sold ads stay visible for 6 days. Sold ads now stay visible a little longer, so people who were interested can see the item is no longer available.
August 9, 2026: A friendlier search page. When a search finds no ads, the page now gives a clearer, more helpful message.
August 9, 2026: Clearer message emails. Notification emails now remind you to reply on the site, not by email, so your answer isn’t lost.
July 27, 2026: Clearer help with photos. If you forget to add a photo to your ad, you now get a clear message explaining what to do.
July 27, 2026: Links in ad descriptions. Links and website addresses are no longer allowed in ad descriptions, for anyone, to keep transactions and communication on the site.
June 29, 2026: Renewal reminder fixed. The email reminding you to renew an ad now shows its details correctly.
June 3, 2026: Better hints when creating an ad. We improved the help text on the create-an-ad form.
